This past July we had the opportunity photograph Monika + Dustins elopement at Gorge Crest Vineyards and it was a dream! The best part of elopements is that you can take your time, relax, and do whatever you want! We got to run around this Columbia River Gorge venue taking in the incredible views of Mount Hood while Monika + Dustin read their vows, chased their adorable kitten, Muffers, around in the woods, and found the most vibrant lavender field! Seriously, it was just days before being cut down and was the most radiant purple we’ve ever seen. Monika + Dustin, like us, absolutely love camping so it only seemed natural that we ended the day with their Scamp at their favorite viewpoint of the Gorge. We watched the sun set over Mount Hood while drinking wine and eating red cherry topped cake. It couldn’t have been better.
