“Taylor & Madye were the most amazing wedding Videographers! They provided a wonderful complete video of the ceremony as well as a highlight video. The ceremony video managed to get intimate close range as well as long shots of the ceremony, so you can see the action from multiple vantage points, and the sound was so impeccable that you could clearly hear all the vows. The highlight video is so authentic to our day and the perfect mix of getting ready, ceremony, dinner&toasts, reception. Both videos had a wonderful intimate home-video feeling, but with all the desired professional artistic flare! When I was researching photographers for our wedding, I knew the minute I landed on Taylor + Madye’s website that they were who I wanted to photograph our wedding. There was something about their style – their pics didn’t look like everyone else’s – it was as if they really knew and understood their subjects and were able to capture the essence of each person, to truly highlight their unique personalities.
And that was exactly what they did for us! We could not be more delighted with their work and how they were able to photograph intangible things like mood, charm, love, and authenticity. They do beautiful work with light and color, it’s truly stunning.
But you don’t need to take my word for it – our wedding was featured in the New York Times and when I sent The Times about a dozen pictures to choose from to use with our article, they mentioned how wonderful the pics were and that it was hard decide (they printed three!). THIS COUPLE IS THE BEST!!!!! My husband and I just finished viewing our online album and HOLY S***!!!! WE’RE ECSTATIC!!!! The pictures are freaking amazing!! This entire experience, start to finish has been so awesome. For starters, we had our first meet and greet over FaceTime while they were in Vietnam, and from that point I loved them. They checked in with me on a regular and made sure all of my questions were answered, and when it came down to the wedding day.. I felt like i had a couple of awesome funky super fun friends taking our photos. They made the whole experience so comfortable and kept my hubby and I laughing all night. This couple works so incredibly well together… Madye is freaking adorable, and gets right into the action and got so many fantastic photos, that girl knew exactly where to be at all the right times and her hubby Taylor is so TALENTED!! He had so many ideas and got super creative with some of the photos which all turned out stunning! We couldn’t be happier with our choice for wedding photographers!! Taylor & Madye were an absolute joy to work with! From our very first meeting, I was drawn to their quirkiness, passion for photography, and unique approach to lighting in their photos (which was perfect for our venue with beautiful natural lighting!) Throughout the weeks leading up to the wedding, they were very active in the planning process in terms of our day-off itinerary. In doing so, they provided us with their professional opinion with our timeline which allowed us to relax and not feel rushed.
On the day of our wedding, Madye posed as a quasi 8th bridesmaid for me, helped me with loading the car, and even drove me to the venue, so that the rest of my bridal party didn’t have to take an extra Uber. This was definitely more than I asked for in a photographer! Even though this was our first time photographing with them (as we opted out of an engagement shoot since we’re from out of state), we completely felt like ourselves while shooting with them. My guests were also raving about how wonderful they were!!
Fast forward to just a week after our wedding day, Taylor and Madye already shared with us 40+ previews. And then 3 weeks later, we got our full gallery of photos!! How these two captured my stoic Asian dad to smile is BEYOND me but we are sooo happy we went with them and we would choose them again for our wedding day in a heartbeat!!!

Taylor and Madye are PHENOMENAL. Seriously. Hire them. In the sea of photographers out there, one of the most overwhelming parts of wedding planning was trying to find one. From the very beginning, they offered an expertise that helped so much of the wedding day run smoothly. These guys have been working in weddings for years and years… they know what works and what doesn’t! Not only that, but they were extremely fun and easygoing to work with. All of our friends, family, wedding party & even guests were mentioning to us after how awesome our photographers were. They are personable, make you feel so comfortable in front of the camera, and they were even out on the dance floor for hours breaking it down with us while capturing some hilarious moments. And did I mention that Taylor did all of this with a fractured foot? Amazing!!
But let’s talk about their artistry: There’s something about the authenticity of their work that just stands out. What I loved the most was how they don’t just take a bunch of perfectly posed photos, they capture the real moments with such professional quality, and yet such a carefree & personal beauty. As we were looking through our photos, we were amazed at not only how much they were able to capture… but how perfectly. There genuinely wasn’t a single photo (out of about 1,000!) that we didn’t LOVE. It felt like we stepped back into the day and were reliving it again… which is exactly how wedding photos should be! And, we got our photos back within 6 weeks in an awesome presentation.

Words can’t begin to express how grateful we are to have found Taylor & Madye. They are both professional and yet a lot of fun and made taking pictures feel like hanging out with a couple of friends instead of posing in random places around the city. They drove up to Seattle for our engagement shoot, and from then on, we knew we could trust their vision. They are so talented they can find any corner or sliver of light and turn it into the most stunning picture. Not only that, they are both the friendliest and easiest photographers to work with – on a 90 degree day, Taylor was cognizant of my husband’s overheating in the sun and Madye assisted with carrying my 20 pound dress around. After the photography time was over, they were able to party and dance with us at our wedding – which made our celebration that much more special. The next day, they provided us with several sneak peeks, which was the greatest surprise. We loved spending every minute with them and all of the pictures, both posed and candid, are absolutely stunning. We are so lucky to have had them as our photographers and excited to have new friends as well.
