2018 Highlights

Our Year in Review

What. A. Year. Every January we look back over the previous 12 months and think, “there’s no way we can beat that”. But year after year we continue to be amazed and incredibly grateful at all of the opportunities thrown our way and the AMAZING people that put their trust in us. This year our work took us across the country with weddings and couples all over the Pacific Northwest as well as Nevada, California, Colorado, Idaho, Iowa, and even Canada! We were able to continue in our pursuit of traveling to every National Park in the country together and hit North Cascades NP, Redwood NP, Rocky Mountain NP, and Death Valley NP bringing our total up to 8 parks out of 58. We’ve got a ways to go! Special shoutout to Valley of Fire State Park in Nevada, not a National Park but damn was it cool and one of our favorites we’ve ever been to! We also got to take our sweet 1984 VW Vanagon, Rhoda, out on her maiden voyage down Highway 1 to Big Sur, California with some pretty rad stops to see friends and family along the way. Another big highlight of the year was getting to capture so many of our past wedding couples starting their families. We loved getting to follow along with them as they experience all the exciting milestones in life.

We’ve never actually done a year in review blog but thought it would be the perfect way to kick off 2019 and introduce our new website! In no particular order, here are some highlights of the wonderful people that trusted us and the beautiful places we explored this year.
