There are fields of flowers, orchards, and classic ski lodge vibes, most with an incredible view of Mt. Hood. Whether you’re a local or planning a Pacific Northwest destination wedding, you’ll be blown away by what these Mt Hood wedding venues have to offer.

Crag Rat Hut

Mt Hood Wedding Venue with an Epic View

Crag Rat Hut is a historic, rustic Hood River wedding venue. It boasts a picturesque backdrop of Mt. Hood and sweeping views of the Hood River Valley. Mt Hood Wedding Venue on the Fruit Loop

The Orchard Meadow at Mt. View Orchards is a serene place to get married on Mt. Hoods famous Fruit Loop. Surrounded by apple and pear orchards, your caterers will have the option of using fresh produce from the fruit stand to provide farm to table meals under the expansive pavilion covered with ambient string lights. There’s big views of Mt Hood from the beautifully groomed lawn and stunning photo opportunities in the fields of flowers. You can also host an elegant rehearsal dinner at Grateful Vineyard, the tasting room on the same property. It’s one of the only Mt Hood wedding venues to have fruit orchards and a winery in the same place. Fun facts: Mt. View Orchards was on an episode of Top Chef and has been featured on Martha Stewart Weddings!

Mt Hood Winter Wedding Venue

Timberline Lodge is a historic alpine lodge that sits at 6,000 feet. It’s one of the best Mt Hood wedding venues year-round. Whether it’s covered in snow for a charming winter wedding or beaming with wildflowers in the summer months, the varying landscape makes for stunning wedding photos. They can accommodate big and small weddings with a variety of spaces to choose from. You and your guests can also stay at the lodge, making it a fun wedding weekend. Not to mention the fact that you’re literally on the mountain, not just the base of it. So the views you’ll get of Mt. Hood for your wedding photos are incredible. And yes, the lodge does serve as the of exterior of the Stanley Hotel in The Shining. That’s just cool.

Trillium Lake

Intimate Mt Hood Wedding Venue

Trillium Lake is a perfect place for an intimate outdoor wedding or elopement. They offer the option to reserve the beautiful stone lined amphitheater for only $90 and/or the picnic shelter for just $72, each space can hold up to 30 people. There are dozens of single and double campsites for tent and RV use that your guests can stay in to make it a camping wedding weekend. The forest service will soon be offering Yurts that would make an incredible spot for glamping. Trillium lake is one of the most picturesque spots on the mountain with Mt. Hood reflecting off the shimmering lake, it’s a photographer’s dream!

Mt Hood Wedding Venue in the Forest

The Woodlands House is a beautiful four bedroom home inspired by Scandinavian and Mid-Century design while still maintaining a rustic cabin vibe. It features vaulted ceilings, a wood burning fireplace, and a large deck with a six person hot tub that overlooks a calming creek that runs through the property. Also nestled on this lush and wooded property is The Hideout, a cozy tiny home perfect for newlyweds to have their own space. The property is surrounded by towering old growth pines and giant ferns with several spots for ceremonies. The outside space also includes a greenhouse for intimate, candle lit dinners, making it the perfect spot for a small, romantic wedding. You can reserve the cabin and the tiny home through Airbnb or VRBO but if you’re planning to have your wedding or elopement on the property you’ll need to reach out to them directly (events@thewoodlands.house).

Destination Mt Hood Wedding Venue

Camp Namanu is an active camp that sits on 552 acres of land at the base of Mt. Hood in Sandy, Oregon. And it’s so fun!! When you book your wedding at Camp Namanu you will have access to the entire camp which includes an extensive network of hiking trails, lodges, cabins, treehouses, a barn, a stone nature house, and several rivers and creeks that run through the property. You can also book some good old fashioned camp activities including pond boats, the pool, archery, a climbing tower, and high ropes. Reserve the property for one day or rent the whole camp for an extremely fun and unique wedding weekend experience with all of your family and friends.

Cooper Spur Mountain Resort

Cooper Spur Mountain Resort is a popular Mt. Hood wedding venue for couples who are hosting a lot of out of town guests. The lodge allows everyone to stay all in one place for a fun, mountain wedding weekend. You host your rehearsal dinner or farewell breakfast at Crooked Tree Tavern and can take advantage of the on site farm to table dining. Cooper Spur Mountain Resort has several backdrops to choose from for your ceremony and you can even utilize the ski lift for photos depending on the time of year.

The Orchard

Silcox Hut

Epic Mountain Top Wedding Venue

Silcox Hut is one of the most unique and adventurous wedding venues in Oregon. You and your guests will take a one mile snow cat ride to this cozy timber cabin 1,000 feet above Timberline Lodge. Sitting at 7,000 feet you’re literally in the clouds on the top of the mountain, there’s no other view like it and makes for iconic Mt. Hood wedding photos. Your ceremony will take place under the vaulted wood ceiling in front of the rustic stone fireplace then be seamlessly switched over to create a beautiful, intimate reception space. Silcox Hut can even hold up to 22 overnight guests, or you can stay at Timberline Lodge. They offer a variety of customizable wedding packages with options to add catered meals the day before and after so you can host a wedding weekend like no other.

Mt. Hood Skibowl

Adventurous Mt Hood Wedding Venue

Mt. Hood Skibowl is a beautiful Mt. Hood wedding venue with epic views and a fun, unique twist. You and your guests will be taken on a scenic lift ride up to 4,000 feet elevation followed by a short hike to the historic mid-mountain Warming Hut that was built in 1937. The ceremony is held right outside of the hut with an epic view of the mountain. And here’s the super cool part, after the ceremony everyone has the option of taking the alpine slide back down the mountain to the reception tent! It’s so fun and something that your guests will likely never have experienced at a wedding before! Mt. Hood Skibowl offers a variety of wedding packages that include catering, lodging, and coordination options so everything can be taken care of all in one place.
