Celia + John // Florence, Oregon // Family Home
We had the pleasure of meeting Celia + John when she was a bridesmaid in her cousin Katie’s wedding. We were delighted when they reached out for us to travel back to Florence to capture their backyard wedding. These two are the most fun loving, laid back folks and it shined through every aspect of their day. They held their ceremony at the church Celia works at in Florence and set up a beautiful reception in the backyard of her sisters’ house. The views overlooking the rolling hills in Florence were breathtaking, but, nothing could beat the sight of John’s beaming face every time he looked at Celia throughout the day. Pure joy. I also have to say, these two are the most impressive dancers we’ve ever seen. And we’ve photographed A LOT of weddings. They stayed out on the dance floor the entire evening putting all their guests to shame, it was amazing.
We feel so lucky to have been a part of a celebration that was centered around having fun and sharing their love with the ones that mean most. Thanks for having us, Celia + John!
