Cynthia + John  //  Joshua Tree, California  //  Joshua Tree National Park

The desert is our favorite place. Give us a warm day filled with cactus sightseeing and some tequila at a local dive bar and we’re happy humans. So we were super pumped when Cynthia and John said they wanted to join us in Joshua Tree for their engagement photos. We began the afternoon at an amazing Airbnb, that included so many musical instruments for us to play around with and a random (but awesome) claw foot tub in the back yard that we obviously had to jump in. From there we ventured into Joshua Tree National Park, scrambling around rocks in heels and waiting for the sun to set. We walked around the desert hearing stories of the life these two are building and the amazing people they are. We ended our day together watching an incredibly vibrant desert sunset and dancing around the empty roads in the park. We couldn’t be happier to be part of Cynthia and John’s wedding in LA. Thank you both for coming down to the desert exploring Joshua Tree with us!
